Billing and Refund Policy

Effective August 27, 2026.

1. Payments

PersonaX may offer free access, subscriptions, tips, credits, or other digital purchases. The checkout screen identifies the amount and recurring nature of a charge before payment is submitted.

2. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access active through the end of the paid billing period.

3. Credits, Tips, and Digital Access

AI credits, tips, unlocked content, and other digital purchases may be delivered or consumed immediately. Except where required by law or where PersonaX confirms a technical or billing error, these purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery or use.

4. Refund Requests

Request a billing review promptly through PersonaX Support and include the account email, transaction date, amount, and reason. PersonaX may approve refunds for duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, material technical failures, or other circumstances required by law.

5. Creator Earnings and Payouts

Creator earnings are subject to the applicable platform fee, payment processing costs, refunds, disputes, taxes, minimum payout threshold, account verification, and payout status. Dashboard estimates do not create an immediate right to payment.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Providers

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed provider. Fraud, chargebacks, refunds, taxes, and processing fees may affect access and creator earnings.
