DMCA and Copyright Policy

Submit a copyright notice

Send a written notice to admin@personax.dev with the subject “DMCA Notice” and include:

• Identify the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identify the PersonaX material to be removed and provide its URL or location.
• Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• State that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• State under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
• Provide a physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

A user who believes material was removed by mistake may submit a legally sufficient counter-notice identifying the removed material, consenting to the appropriate federal court jurisdiction, accepting service from the claimant, and stating under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringement

PersonaX may restrict or terminate repeat infringers and may remove content while a claim is reviewed. False notices or counter-notices may create legal liability.
