Community Guidelines

1. Be Respectful

PersonaX is built for creator-approved AI fan experiences. Users must treat creators, fans, and platform staff with respect. Do not harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, or abuse others.

2. No Impersonation

Do not pretend to be another person, creator, brand, business, or PersonaX representative. Creator AI personas must be approved and controlled through the platform’s creator tools.

3. No Spam or Platform Abuse

Do not spam, scrape, automate abusive activity, manipulate subscriptions, abuse reports, attack platform systems, or attempt to bypass limits, moderation tools, or access controls.

4. No Exploitation or Harmful Content

Do not use PersonaX to exploit, coerce, threaten, blackmail, endanger, or harm another person. Content involving minors, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or non-consensual intimate content is not allowed.

5. AI Persona Boundaries

PersonaX AI personas are not the real creator directly messaging you. Users may not pressure AI personas to break platform rules, reveal private information, imitate unauthorized people, or produce unsafe content.

6. Reporting

Users can report messages or behavior that may violate these guidelines. PersonaX may review reports, chat records, account history, warnings, and related activity to make moderation decisions.

7. Enforcement

PersonaX may remove content, issue warnings, restrict accounts, suspend users, cancel access, or take other action when users violate these guidelines or create safety risks.

8. Appeals and Mistakes

Moderation decisions may sometimes be imperfect. Users may contact PersonaX support or the platform administrator if they believe an action was taken in error. PersonaX may permit one appeal for a moderation action. After PersonaX decides that appeal, the decision is final and the same matter will not be reopened or reconsidered, except when required by applicable law or when PersonaX determines that new, material information warrants further review.

9. Parent or Guardian Requests

A parent or legal guardian who reasonably believes a minor has a PersonaX account may contact support@personax.dev and provide the minor's account email or username, the requester's contact information, and information reasonably sufficient to verify the requester's identity, authority, and relationship to the minor. PersonaX may promptly restrict or suspend the account while reviewing the request and may terminate the account after verification. PersonaX may request additional documentation, minimize and securely handle verification records, and retain information when required for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
