Creator Agreement

1. Creator Participation
This Creator Agreement is between you and PersonaX LLC, doing business as PersonaX. It explains the basic terms for creators who use PersonaX to create, publish, and manage creator-approved AI personas. By using creator tools on PersonaX, you agree to follow this agreement and all platform policies.
2. Creator-Approved AI Personas
PersonaX allows creators to build AI personas based on approved profile details, tone, style, brand information, and creator settings. You understand that AI persona messages are generated by software and are not direct private messages from you.
3. Rights You Grant PersonaX
You grant PersonaX permission to use the creator materials you provide or approve, including your display name, profile content, persona settings, likeness references, descriptions, tone, and brand information, only as needed to operate your PersonaX creator profile and AI persona experience.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the materials you submit or approve do not violate the rights of others, mislead users, break platform rules, or violate applicable laws. You should not submit content that you do not have permission to use.
5. Fan Subscriptions
PersonaX may allow fans to subscribe to access your AI persona. Subscription access, pricing, platform fees, cancellations, refunds, and payout rules may be controlled by PersonaX platform settings and third-party payment providers.
6. Platform Fees and Payouts
PersonaX may deduct platform fees, payment processing fees, chargebacks, refunds, taxes, or other required amounts before creator payouts. Final payout rules should be shown in creator settings or separate payout terms when payouts are enabled.

7. AI Output and Review
AI-generated outputs may not always match your exact wording, intent, or views. PersonaX may provide tools to update persona settings, review safety reports, and adjust persona behavior over time.
8. Prohibited Creator Conduct
Creators may not use PersonaX to impersonate others without permission, exploit fans, misrepresent AI interactions, upload unlawful content, violate intellectual property rights, or bypass safety and moderation controls.
9. Removal, Suspension, and Termination
PersonaX may remove creator profiles, pause AI personas, restrict creator accounts, suspend access, or terminate participation if a creator violates platform terms, creates legal risk, or causes safety concerns.
10. Copyright Infringement
Creators may not upload, publish, provide, approve, or use content that infringes a copyright or other intellectual property right. You represent that you own or have all licenses, permissions, and other rights needed for every creator material you submit or approve. PersonaX may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material, withhold related payouts while a claim is reviewed, and restrict or terminate accounts, including accounts of repeat infringers, in accordance with the DMCA and Copyright Policy.
11. No Guaranteed Earnings
PersonaX does not guarantee that creators will earn income, receive subscribers, maintain traffic, or achieve specific business results from using the platform.
12. Changes to This Agreement
PersonaX may update this Creator Agreement from time to time. Continued use of creator tools after changes means you accept the updated agreement.
