PersonaX is a creator-approved AI fan experience platform. This Privacy Policy explains how PersonaX may collect, use, and protect information when users create accounts, browse creators, subscribe to creator AI experiences, or chat with AI personas.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect account information such as email address, user role, profile details, creator profile information, subscription activity, and AI chat activity inside the platform.
3. How Information Is Used
Information may be used to operate user accounts, display public creator profiles, manage subscriptions, provide AI chat access, enforce platform safety rules, and improve the PersonaX experience.
4. AI Chat Data
AI chat messages may be stored so fans can view chat history and creators can review interactions connected to their creator AI persona. Users should not share sensitive personal information in AI chats.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
PersonaX shares limited information with third-party service providers needed to operate the platform. Payment information is processed by Stripe to handle subscriptions and tips. Account and billing emails are sent through Resend. When you chat with an AI persona, your message and recent conversation history are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate the AI reply. Each provider processes this data under its own privacy terms, and PersonaX only shares what is needed for that provider to perform its function.
6. Creator Profiles
Creator profiles marked as published may be visible publicly in the creator directory and on creator profile pages.
7. Data Security
PersonaX uses authentication and database access controls to help protect user data. No system can guarantee complete security, so users should avoid sharing private or sensitive information.
